MPA Recruitment has been appointed by one of the leading hospital and healthcare groups in the MENA region to source a Charge Nurse, Hemodialysis to join their senior management team. This is a world-class healthcare provider with a team of renowned experts across their integrated services.
As Charge Nurse Hemodialysis, you will act as the team leader in providing provision of care to inpatient and outpatients. You will provide day to day guidance and supervision to the assigned staff and ensure a high standard of safe, effective care in compliance with JCIA / CBAHI standards. You will assist the Head Nurse with administrative tasks, supervise medication management and adherence to infection control guidelines, hospital policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Nursing and have at least 7 years’ relevant experience; current national license and valid basic life support (BLS) certification.
