MPA Recruitmenthas been appointedby one of the leading hospital and healthcare groups in the MENA region to source a Charge Nurse,Critical Care Unit who will manage the daily operational activities of the critical care unit. This is a world-class healthcare provider with a team ofhighly experiencedexpertsacrossalltheirfacilities.
As Charge Nurse, CCU you will be response for coordinating, leading and supervising patient care delivery of patients with heart diseases and patients post cardiac catheterisation, percutaneous coronary intervention and pacemaker insertion during the patients assigned shift. All functions performed require judgement based upon the application of scientific knowledge and are guided by the established philosophy and policies of HMG, nursing, and the unit.
Your duties will include but not limited to demonstrating clinical competence, conducting competencies for newly hired staff, establishing priorities based on patient needs, supervising all aspects of medication management, perform CCU procedures and administering medications as per HMG policy.
You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and 7 years of experience in General Nursing preferably same specialty.
