MPA Recruitment has been appointed by a new healthtech and primary healthcare business in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to source a CEO. This is a highly innovative start up set to disrupt the current healthcare offerings in Ethiopia and will offer the right individual a unique opportunity to build this business.

The CEO role is a key leadership role and will deliver the operational setup of the business. You will work alongside the Founder and a team of international advisors providing technical expertise in the sector to deliver this; engaging with key partners to shape and implement the business strategy, leading the organisation’s establishment and growth as per the business plan.

Previous healthcare industry experience is not essential; rather, individuals who have the knowledge and experience of building a service orientated business will be very well suited to this role. This experience could have been food and beverage franchises, hospitality, residential care, IT and digital, etc. Your demonstrable ability to build a business from the ground up and then look at plans to scale up will be key.

You will be joining an exciting start up in Ethiopia from inception. You will receive a very attractive package, including a base salary, Founder status and equity reflective of your integral role in the building of this business.
