MPA Recruitment has been appointed by a highly successful energy business to source a Business Development Manager to join their team in Belfast. This is a new position in the business which is growing considerably across various areas of the market.

The business is a highly innovative energy supplier bringing a unique proposition to the retail and commercial markets covering both Northern Ireland and RoI. You will identify opportunities and approach target customers, developing a large network to sell these energy solutions to. You will work closely with a technical counterpart in the team to consult and educate customers about new and developing technologies and solutions in this emerging sector.

You should have a keen interest in green and renewable energy; experience selling in the energy sector would be beneficial, but not essential. You will have a proven and successful background in business development in a related field. You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to easily build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You will have strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills; as well as organisational skills and an excellent attention to detail.

You will receive a competitive salary and tailored bonus structure reflective of your experience.
