On behalf of our Client, MPA Recruitment welcomes suitable applications for the role of Breakfast Chef for our client located in Portstewart. The successful candidate will be working in a busy restaurant/bar complex.

Location: Portstewart

Hours of work: 37 hours per week

Salary range: £14.50

Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities:,

• Prepare and cook breakfast according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure continuous kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or Cook in a busy hotel or similar setting.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Culinary qualifications or certifications are an advantage but not essential.
