£12.74 to £16.04 Per Annum
We are pleased to be recruiting a Band 5 or band 6 Social worker for our client based in Belfast, this role is working with children and families in need, child protection cases and Looked after Children cases.
Shift Pattern and rate of Pay:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Band 5 - £12.74ph
Band 6 - £16.04ph
What the role entails:
To carry out supervised visits in line with National StandardsRecord keeping and documenting informationLiaising with children, family members, social services and other healthcare professionals.Responsible for the management of own workloadTo report to Senior Social WorkersTo attend mandatory training and development courseParticipate in the Children (NI) Order 1995To facilitate the move of placements both planned and crisis to ensure this is in the best interest of the childTo be involved in the assessment and review of the family environmentAttend court and give evidence when required.
Registered with NISCC or willing to register.Mandatory training completed within the last 12 months or willingness to do inhouse trainingMust complete Enhanced Access NI checkCompeted AYE for Band 6 role
