MPA Recruitment has been appointed by one of the leading hospital and healthcare groups in the MENA region to source an Assistant Director of Nursing Administration to join their senior management team. This is a world-class healthcare provider with a team of renowned experts across their integrated services.

As Assistant Director of Nursing Administration, you will assist and support the Executive Director of Nursing Administration in the day-to-day operations of the department. You will ensure that it operates in a safe and cost-effective environment and facilitates the delivery of quality nursing care through coordinating and management of nursing across the healthcare group.

The position holder will assist with developing and reviewing the nursing manpower plan, keeping in view of nursing workforce utilization, allocation and professional development; prepare reports and data on a timely manner to management. You will strategically align the organisation and collaborate with academic partners to attract and recruit Saudi Nurses and achieve the required Saudization percentage whilst working with HR to ensure the recruitment of sufficiently qualified, registered and licensed nurses.

You should have a minimum of 5 years proven track record on Management level experience with 10 years of nursing experience. You will understand quality measures, formulating annual budgets and have a passion forp erson-centric care. You will be knowledgeable of JCA, CBHAI and other accreditation standards and guidelines; with the ability to exhibit critical thinking, time management and effective communication in a high-profile environment.
