MPA Recruitment has been appointed by a leading medical center to source a highly skilled Assistant Consultant in Anesthesia to join their growing team in Riyadh. This is a world-class health complex with a team of renowned experts in various clinical disciplines.
You will be responsible for providing the highest attainable standard of medical care for your patients and will carry out a full range of inpatient and outpatient clinical duties as assigned by the Chairman of the department in accordance with individually approved clinical privileges. You will review, examine, diagnose, treat and refer patients by conducting interviews, performing physical examination; creating, updating and studying patients' medical records. You will collect, record and maintain patient information and documentation such as medical history, reports, and examination results.
Your role will also involve mentoring and teaching staff, trainees and students for training and education purposes. You will participate in the improvement of quality of patient care (Quality Management Program, Quality Assessment Improvement Program) as required as well as participating in and actively supporting research projects and activities. You will deputise for your superior as required and share the coverage workload in the specialty during the absence of equivalent in an assignment.
