MPA Recruitment has been appointed by an international Fund Administration firm in Luxembourg to source an AML/KYC Compliance Officer to join their team. This new role will organise and conduct automated KYC screening on circa 4000 accounts under the direction of the Compliance Manager.
You will be required to collate, develop and maintain the database of all client and investor AML/KYC. You will have an understanding of hard copy and e-filing structures. You will collate hard and/or soft copy of relevant AML/KYC client documentation as well as developing and maintaining the database with all relevant fields. You will maintain online screening applications, the completion of checklists, attend conference calls and liaise / update the Group Project Office.
You will have the relevant experience within a fund administration services environment, specific knowledge of local AML/KYC requirements in Luxembourg and to European standards. It is envisaged that the scope of the role will broaden in line with a wider compliance function, so you will be able to demonstrate suitable skills and experience in managing short term projects, quickly analyse requirements, work with minimal supervision and delivering to agreed deadlines.
You will be BAC +3 with experience working in Fund Administration and Compliance specifically in Luxembourg AML/KYC requirements. You will have excellent Microsoft Excel skills and additional languages will be advantageous.
