MPA are delighted to be recruiting a Band 3 Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Ballymoney area. This position will have an immediate start available and will be based in a healthcare setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial support to professional staff and assisting with the day-to-day management of the office to ensure a smooth running and minute-taking support to professional staff and assisting with the day to day management of the office to ensure a smooth running, high quality service.

Job Duties

· Call handling, both incoming and outgoing. Including processing messages/queries, taking of detailed referrals, making appointments and following up queries.

· General reception duties including processing of incoming and outgoing mail, greeting visitors and booking of meetings rooms (via Outlook Calendar or manual diary).

· Typing of letters, memos, reports and other documentation as required

· Photocopying, emailing and scanning of documentation as required.

· Undertake filing and maintaining an efficient, up-to-date record keeping system, in line with Records Management protocol.

Essential Criteria

· 4 GCSEs to include English and Mathematics (Grade A*- C) or equivalent AND 1 years’ experience working in a team administration office environment.

OR

· 2 years’ experience working in a team administration office environment.

Further Information

· Part Time Hours 15 - 20 hours per week

· Temporary contract for 2.5 months

· Pay rate: £12.75 per hour

· Weekly Pay

· Holiday Fund
