Job description

We are recruiting a Full time/Temporary administrator for our client based in Derry. The hours of work for this position will be 9am to 5pm from monday to friday.

The requirements for this role include administrative support for managers:

  • To answer busy phone calls.

  • make appointments.

  • Input correct data information

  • Diary managment

  • Arrange meetings

  • Photocpopying & filing

  • Typing letters

Essential criteria for the role includes:

5 GCSE's Grades A-C including Maths and English Language and 1 years experience in a similar role.
