MPA Recruitment are working to recruit an Administrator in the Omagh area.

-Carry out reception duties, including dealing with enquiries both in person and by telephone.

-To answer the telephone as required in welcoming enthusiastic and sensitive manner, take and record messages accurately and ensure given to the appropriate person.

-Maintain accurate computerised records and filing systems and ensure appropriate files are filed at the end of each financial year.

-Arrange and provide appropriate support for meetings in the absence of the Administrator.

-Training staff in any new systems on the data base & on IPads.

-Calendar changes and weekly meeting: Updating weekly changes and email staff. Stats report to project Manager. Create Termly calendar for Project Manager and Staff to complete.

-To Support Minute Taking as required.

- Encrypted Antenatal Lists: Forward names to the FSWs, on behalf of the Project Manager

-To design Events Poster, Invites, Posters, Flyers, Letters, Tables etc in Word, Publisher and Excel and Power Point, when requested.

-To manage Social Media pages
