Main Duties:
Arrange Meetings
Respond to emails
Sort mail
Manage Reception area
Answer phone calls
Assist in invoicing
Photocopying & Filing
Collate and present information to agreed timescales
Provide administrative support for meetings
Type letters
The Ideal Candidate must have:
1 Years admin experience
5 GCSEs Grade C or above
Exceptional communication skills
Strong prioritisation/organisational skills
High level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages
