Administrative Assistant

MPA Recruitment are seeking to recruit, an experienced Administrative Assistant for one of their leading Clients.

Main Duties:

  • Arrange Meetings

  • Respond to emails

  • Sort mail

  • Manage Reception area

  • Answer phone calls

  • Assist in invoicing

  • Photocopying & Filing

  • Collate and present information to agreed timescales

  • Provide administrative support for meetings

  • Type letters

The Ideal Candidate must have:

  • 1 Years admin experience

  • 5 GCSEs Grade C or above

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Strong prioritisation/organisational skills

  • High level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages
