Job Description
MPA Ballymena are currently supporting the NHSCT in recruiting a Band 3 Administration Assistant to work in Larne Adult Centre
Key Duties/ Responsibilities
- Receiving, processing and distributing incoming mail, personally dealing with routine items.
- Establish and maintain effective filing systems within the department
- Maintain and update data bases required within the department i.e. staff absences, training matrix, NISCC registrations
- Receiving telephone calls and taking action in accordance with procedures
Qualifications/Experience
- 4 GCSE (Grade A-C) English Language and Maths plus relevant admin/clerical experience
- Knowledge and experience of using a range of software programmes to include Microsoft Word, Excel
Hours/Pay
- Wednesday-Friday
- 15 hours
- £12.31
- Weekly Pay
- Holiday
