Job Description

MPA Ballymena are currently supporting the NHSCT in recruiting a Band 3 Administration Assistant to work in Larne Adult Centre

Key Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Receiving, processing and distributing incoming mail, personally dealing with routine items.
  • Establish and maintain effective filing systems within the department
  • Maintain and update data bases required within the department i.e. staff absences, training matrix, NISCC registrations
  • Receiving telephone calls and taking action in accordance with procedures

Qualifications/Experience

  • 4 GCSE (Grade A-C) English Language and Maths plus relevant admin/clerical experience
  • Knowledge and experience of using a range of software programmes to include Microsoft Word, Excel

  • Wednesday-Friday
  • 15 hours
