ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

GLENULLIN, SOUTH DERRY

SALARY DEP ON EXPERIENCE

I am exclusively recruiting an experienced Administration Assistant on behalf of a well respected Construction company located in South Derry. You will primarily provide administrative support to the office by managing all aspects of clerical work, providing reports, reading emails, prioritising daily tasks and other administrative duties as and when required.

This is an extremely fast paced environment so you will need to be resilient with the ability to consistently prioritise activities.

You will need to have previous administration experience in a similar environment with excellent IT skills to include advanced level of Microsoft Office applications and ideally SAGE Accounts experience. You will need to have meticulous planning and organising ability, clear and concise communication skills and a self-driven motivation to work hard and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organisation.

Our client expects a solid academic foundation with relevant qualifications highly desirable.

Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (some flexibility is expected when situations arise)

Salary: Our client is offering a competitive basic salary in line with your experience and ability.
