I am exclusively recruiting an experienced Administration Assistant on behalf of a well respected charitable organisation located in the heart of Derry City. Our client is dedicated to the regeneration of Derry/ Londonderry's physical, social and economic status across all community sections of this historic City. Due to increased internal activity, a new position has now developed for an experienced Admin Assistant. You will primarily provide administrative support to the office alongside other colleagues, managing all clerical work, providing reports, reading emails, prioritising daily tasks and other administrative duties as and when required.
To be considered for this role you will need to have extensive administration experience encompassing many of the duties and responsibilities detailed above. You will need to have meticulous planning and organising ability, exceptional admin skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office package, clear and concise communication skills and a self-driven motivation to work hard and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organisation.
