Job Role: Admin/ Clerical Support - Ukrainian Refugee Resettlement Scheme

MPA are recruiting for a Admin / Clerical Support for a vacant role in a hospital setting within the Knockbracken area.

The post holder will be responsible for a range of duties to ensure the efficient function the resettlement scheme project

Location - Knockbracken

Hours of Work - 37.5 hours per week - Mon - Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary - £10.40 ph

What the role entails:

  • Welcoming clients and putting them at ease.
  • Monitoring of Waiting Area and notifying clinical staff of clients
  • still waiting after their appointment time.
  • Operating switchboard.
  • Dealing with telephone and personal inquiries at reception in a
  • sensitive and confidential manner.
  • Taking, recording and relaying of messages accurately.
  • Collating, monitoring, and booking of clinical appointments using PARIS and Outlook for clinical staff on a daily basis.
  • Typing of appointment letters, reports and miscellaneous documents.
  • Liaising with Estate Services in relation to job requests.
  • Administrative support function to support project manager

  • Maintenance of records including compliance with GDPR requirements

  • Acting as a main link for enquiries for programme

  • Managing administration of calendars, meetings as required

  • Creation of Reports supplied data / content

  • Team working

Essential Criteria:

Essential Criteria.

  • Four GCSE’s (Grade C or above) to include English Language or equivalent qualifications

OR

Two year’s clerical experience

OR

NVQ Level 2 in administration.

  • RSA Stage 2 Word Processing Parts 1 & 2

OR

RSA Stage 2 Typing Parts 1 & 2

OR

Can demonstrate a capable level of ability

Desirable Criteria

  • Use of Microsoft Office software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Outlook.

  • Experience of PARIS client information system.
