£15,000 to £20,000 Per Annum

MPA Recruitment are working in partnership with their Construction company to recruit an Accounts & Office Administrator to undertake administration and accounting duties.
Communicate efficiently between suppliers and subcontractors.
Collating employee timesheets.
Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.
Sort, code and enter invoices to the system.
Checking invoice for any discrepancies.
Ensuring all payments are kept up to date.
Dealing with incoming calls and directing them to the correct person.
Ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.
General administration duties.
Analytic and problem solving skills.
Been able to meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Minimum of 5 GCSE's including Maths & English.
Be proficient in ICT packages and have experience in using accounting packages preferably SAGE.
1-3 years accounts payable experience.
