MPA Recruitment are working in partnership with their innovate manufacturing client to recruit for an Accounts Administrator to cover a maternity post.
- 1-2 Years’ experience is a similar role
- 5 GCSE’s including English & Mathematics or equivalent
- Good understanding of IT systems including MS Excel and Word
- Must be an excellent multi-tasker and able to prioritise workload
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Able to build and maintain relationships.
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.
- Invoicing customers, dealing with queries, credit control duties, and being able to update and maintain accounting systems.
- Processing supplier invoices prepare supplier payments.
- Daily cash lodgements, reception, general administration duties including filing, scanning, filing and photocopying
