$100k base w/100% bonus

MPA is proud to be partnering with an innovative health tech company in North America to source an Account Executive to join their team. This exciting remote opportunity is suitable for seasoned sales professionals who are passionate about healthtech and are driven to understanding the evolving world of technology and its impact on healthcare.

The primary focus of the Account Executive role is to cultivate business opportunities within the United States hospital setting. You’ll be directly responsible for the expansion of our clients customer base into this market. This role requires excellent talent in sourcing opportunities, fostering meaningful relationships and executing sales strategies to deliver on targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive a high volume of sales by managing the complete sales cycle from creating target account expansion strategies to securing the deal;

  • Pioneer the use of our clients software through developing leads and go-to market strategies relevant in the US healthcare space;

  • Establish and nurture relationships with new clients by assessing needs and operating as an accessible, knowledge resource;

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our clients product offerings, capabilities, and value to customers to create brand ambassadors in the market;

  • Ensure the seamless and satisfactory transition of customers through the full sales cycle;

  • Assist in the building, negotiating, and optimization of all pre-sale activities, including but not limited to: RFPs, proposals, demos, and marketing materials/events;

  • Completes all administrative responsibilities, as required: timely submission of expense reports, business planning, etc.

Requirements:

  • Must have completed post-secondary studies with a minimum of 5 years in SaaS or complex sales

  • Must have successful track record selling into U.S. hospitals

  • Excellent presentation skills with a comfort in delivering both clinical and economic data with ease

  • Possess the ability to analyze sales reports and data to develop effective business strategies

  • Proven understanding of recurring revenue business models

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercises discretion in all business dealings

  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a high-growth, start-up environment with a desire to hunt for new business

  • Work collaboratively in a team environment but also function as a demonstrated self-starter with minimal supervision

  • Travel as required to be an on-site resource, attend industry related events, and participate in professional development activities
