MPAs' Nursing primary aim is to provide appropriately trained nursing and care staff in a timely and consistent manner and of a quality consistent with an organisations own staff.

Philosophy

In the provision of services MPA will promote good practice in its dealings with service users, carers and staff. It will provide a quality service, adhere to legislative requirements, use the principles of good management and develop and implement policies and guidelines for practice.
