Job Description

MPA Healthcare are looking to recruit Support Workers in the Tyrone area.
You must have a desire to support people in various working environments and enable people to live an independent lifestyle.

Job Role(s)

We are looking for individuals who are dedicated about providing high quality care and passionate about enhancing someone’s life. The successful applicants will provide appropriate and high standards of support to service-users in accordance with their agreed individual support package, and in a way in which promotes dignity, privacy, safety, empowerment and opportunity. To work to principles of good practice, codes of professional conduct and professional development.

Qualifications Required

A Minimum of 6 months experience in a formal care setting is essential.

 Shifts vary from a few shifts a week which can be a helpful addition to an existing job, or shifts can be added up equaling a full 40 hour working week.
