Short Term

business at any time. We have staff already registered and tested that can be
with you at a moment's notice when you're exceptionally busy or to cover for
absences due to illness or holiday.
It represents great value too – you only pay for the hours that each temp works.
And you can employ them for just as long as you need them – by the half-day, day,
week or month. And if the job ends abruptly, there's no embarrassment or bad
feeling in saying goodbye!
Long Term Temporary > Permanent
Some companies use what's known as 'temp to perm' – taking on a temp with a view to
permanent employment if all goes well. This gives you as many bites at the cherry
as you need to find the right person. What's more, it gives you far more scope to
find out everything you need to know about a person than a brief interview.
And it also means that by the time they go permanent - often after about three months
- they're fully familiar with the job. In many cases this saves the many thousands
of pounds it often takes to bring a new employee fully up to speed.
